Our portfolio company, Nat Habit, secures $10.2 Mn in Series B funding led by Bertelsmann India Investments (BII). The round also saw participation from Amazon India Fund, Mirabilis Investment Trust, Sharrp Ventures and Fireside Ventures.
Founded in 2019 by Swagatika Das and Gaurav Agarwal, Nat Habit is known for its “natural” formulations using fresh ingredients like milk, fruits, and herbs.
Nat Habit plans to utilize the funds for expanding R&D department, product development, brand building, and talent acquisition.
The brand aims to achieve an ARR of Rs 350 crores over the next two years, building on its current ARR of Rs 82 crores. With strategic investors and partnerships in place, including Sharrp Ventures and Amazon India, Nat Habit is well-positioned to capitalize on the blooming beauty and personal care market in India, estimated to reach $30 billion by 2027.
