Aakriti is an operator-turned-strategist who has spent more than a decade navigating the complexities of hyper-growth and institutional capital. At Titan Capital, she leads Corporate Development, acting as a strategic bridge for founders. Her goal is to ensure that Titan’s portfolio companies have the structural and capital support needed to transition from early traction to enduring market leaders.

Her perspective is shaped by a unique blend of institutional rigor and hands-on execution in high-growth environments. Before joining Titan, Aakriti was the Head of Growth at Baysys and a core leadership member at M2P Fintech. At M2P, she led a capital raise of over $100 million while managing M&A and corporate strategy, giving her a front-row seat to what it takes to scale a business in the Indian ecosystem. She began her career in the Mumbai offices of Goldman Sachs and EXL, where she built her foundation in financial strategy and global markets.

Aakriti holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIMK).

Outside of work, Aakriti is a passionate home cook who spends her weekends experimenting with clean flavors. A regular listener of business and strategy podcasts, she finds her best reset through morning workouts and quiet evenings at home with her husband and their dog.
